Business terms

All commercial relations between the supplier and the customer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, the Commercial Code and the Civil Code.
The business terms are in accordance with the Law on consumer protection in the Czech Republic - 634/1992 Coll. Law of 16 December 1992 on consumer protection.

Orders are binding once sent!
You order will be dealt with at the latest within five working days.
Complaints will be dealt with at the latest within 30 days of the day they are made.
Prices include VAT at the level of 19% .
